The new year is a new start for InterQoSOnline’s newly acquired Alliance Solutions division. Everyone in Alliance and InterQoS have been busy making things happen. Improved services are now available to Alliance’s current clients. At the same time, the company is going through a make-over, retiring old systems in favor of InterQoS’s more advanced and effective systems and practices.
One area where developments are being made is the residential VoIP department. With better resources now available, InterQoS is revamping the service, and its packages, features, and even distribution relationship models. Current and future clients can expect more from this service soon.
InterQoS also makes the big decision to close its Virtual ISP program to new business. The company wants to focus on digital telephony programs. With the increasing adoption rate for VoIP and the anticipated rise of video communications, InterQoS sees it as the future’s explosive industry. InterQoS now gearing itself for this by upgrading its technology and reducing its offering solely to VoIP through Alliance Solutions and QuantumComm.
InterQoS has recently acquired the assets of Alliance Solutions, Inc., a leading branded ISP and VoIP reseller services company, as well as its many holdings. This includes QuantumComm, Alliance Solutions’ consulting arm, as well as yourbrand.net, voip-reseller.biz and others.
The acquisition is a strategic move for the company to reach out to a broader range of clientele. This brings in new segments of reseller companies, especially those in the last-mile services, PBX servicing, and telecommunications agency sectors, into the InterQoS family.
With the even bigger and more robust InterQoS, partners and clients can expect more from the company. According to an Alliance Solutions rep, “We are positive about becoming a part of InterQoS. For us, this can only mean improved services. Our clients now have access to InterQoS’s extensive technical resources. Alliance Solutions will remain a leading contender online, providing the best possible ISP and VoIP services.”
InterQoS takes a step further today with the ground-breaking launch of its cloud services platform for application hosting. Cloud computing is the new terminology of efficiency and power with the utilization of advanced digital networks and hardware brokering software to bring entire networks of servers together to work as one. Most importantly, this means web applications are served to clients faster and more reliably.
By far, 2007 for InterQoS has been about technology and service delivery upgrades. It speaks well of the company’s goals for the future. As Steve Jackson puts it, “Business, so far, has been good; and we are pouring our success right back into development. We know what our clients demand and as they grow in number, we continue to make it a point to improve on the systems and services that attracted them in the first place. I think a lot of technology companies go stale by too much profit-taking and not enough foresight. But we tend to think more about cost benefit as a 20 year formula here. 2007 has definitely been one of those first-of-twenty years.”
