Another landmark development in 2007 is InterQoS’s new collocation agreement with Sungard Availability for tenancy in their Alpharetta, Georgia, facility. This new node on InterQoS’s global network adds to the extensive features already available to InterQoS customers.
SunGard Availability is a Pennsylvania-based company, which provides disaster recovery and managed services products. Because of its prestige and high reliability, it now counts more than 25,000 customers. With Sungard Availability, clients now have access to additional applications that can help them simplify day-to-day functions.
According to Steven Jackson of InterQoS, “We want to continuously improve the services we offer our clients. Technology advances every second and we always strive to be on top of things. This is the only way to lead the pack and move ahead of our competitors. Our clients deserve nothing less.”
To strengthen its services to the local Knoxville area, InterQoS enters a new partnership with Knology, Inc. Knology is a media, network, and data company, with corporate offices in Georgia, Tennessee, and Florida, among others. It is a pioneering company and is among the first to develop their fiber optics technology.
According to InterQoS representative Steven Jackson, “We are working towards providing superior data and networking services to those who must maintain proximity to our Knoxville network rather than locations ‘closer’ to the Internet backbones like Atlanta. This is a move we’re doing across the country. We are forging alliances with like-minded partners who can provide for our clients’ needs.”
This month, InterQoS establishes an alliance with Ingram Books. The partnership lets the company manage Ingram Books’ Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) systems with small book retailers.
Ingram Books is a subsidiary of Ingram Industries, which is based in Nashville, Tennessee. Founded by Erskine Bronson Ingram, the company is still run by the family. Its new partnership with InterQoS brings in a new level in their product delivery efficiency. With automation and real-time update, stock requirements are filled as soon as possible. Costumer demands are met promptly. The addition of managed EDI services through InterQoS opens many new opportunities with smaller customers.
InterQoS welcomes the newest member to its growing list of prestigious clients.
