Moran Trucking Management Serivces, LLC, becomes the newest addition to InterQoSOnline’s roster of prestigious clients with the hosting and management of its trucking management software and EDI/SQL translation software.
Moran is a developer of transportation logistic software for trucking operators of all sizes and classifications. This partnership makes their software available to smaller to medium scale carriers and even independent operators. While in the past this kind of technology was unavailable to those who didn’t have enough resources, these smaller companies can now improve their service and better their efficiency.
Leased rights to the hosted software have invoked a market-wide change in the way these companies are available to customers. The software gives shippers the competitive advantage of using smaller carriers. Likewise, smaller carriers can increase their revenue stream through doing business with bigger and more established shippers.
InterQoS announces the launch of its Remote System Monitoring Service, an automated service that notifies hosted software administrators of their various service statuses by simulating system access. Notifications are set according to customer specifications. These are sent through their chosen communications media; be it via SMS, voice call and/or email. These notifications can use InterQoS’s public network or move through other networks, even private ones.
According to Steve Jackson of InterQoS, “It’s all about availability. We know that program managers and administrators want perfect up-time with their offerings but occasional system failures are inevitable. Their service level commitments demand maximum availability, so learning of an outage and making repairs before their customer is aware of the problem is vital. They have to be on top of everything and we are providing them with an effective tool to do this.”
InterQoS forges an alliance once again, this time with the industry leaders in technology research and systems protection. This month, InterQoSO signs up Ingenious Systems Research, LLC and their MailVICE spam protection service as a new hosting client.
The company will house and manage all of Ingenious Systems’ data and networking facilities including the highly secretive Forensic Sender Test data hub. This move is seen to improve the services, reliability and security of both companies.
According to Steve Jackson, who has ties to both companies, “InterQoS is an excellent data and communications service company. Now that ISR has outgrown its start-up facilities, we have no doubts that bringing ISR’s systems under InterQoS’s management will ultimately benefit ISR’s clientele.”
