July 2011: InterQoS Online Welcomes Its New General Manager for Alliance Solutions Division with a Website Relaunch
This July, InterQoS will relaunch its alliancesolutions.biz website with a new look and more information. This launch will be followed by its first-ever launch of a website for InterQoS Inline, Inc. at interqosonline.com. This is in line with the company’s information campaign, a move initiated by Michelle Hendrickson, the Alliance division’s new General Manager.
According to Hendrickson, “InterQoS has been around for more than two decades. It is well-known and respected among industry players and insiders and it’s about time the rest of the world knew about its role as a crucial force in digital communications and data technology.”
Hendrickson is a breath of fresh air for the company. She joins the engineers and tech gurus bringing her expertise in conglomerate operations and trade partner presentation. Hendrickson says, “The structural reorganization that placed me in this position is only the beginning for a refocused InterQoS. This will be a busy year!”
This month, InterQoSOnline’s Freedom Digital Voice (http://freedomdigitalvoice.com) takes its first test flights. Freedom Digital is the company’s storefront for telecom agents and PBX service providers. It adapts to the different existing models of resellers, and offers a lot more flexibility when it comes to account management and user interface.
According to Steve Jackson of InterQoS, “We want our resellers to have as much flexibility as possible. Freedom Digital Voice, as their online platform, is only one aspect of this flexibility. Our business partners know how adaptable our reseller services are. It’s just a matter of offering the complete deal; that is, fully adaptable services, features and packages.”
The start of 2010 marks the beginning of a new exclusive arrangement with Ingenious Systems Research, LLC, and its subsidiary iqVoice. Starting this year, InterQoS acquires the license to use iqVoice’s carrier switching platform.
This relationship was sought after an independent review of industry offerings comparing features, deployment scale, and cost of operation showed the iqVoice platform to be the best fit for InterQoS’s needs. InterQoS’s long-standing close relationship with ISR made the unexpected negotiation for exclusive licensing a natural outcome.
This move is in line with InterQoS’s stepping up of its technology upgrades, always working to stay ahead of competition. The company has always sought to distinguish itself through the quality of service it provides.
According to Steven Jackson of InterQoS, “We’ve worked with Ingenious Systems Research and iqVoice in the past. They are definitely a top-notch group. We have no doubts that they will be able to provide what our discerning clients have come to expect.”
